My mission is to bridge the gap between the clinic and the gym to help you on your health and fitness journey and to find confidence and comfort in exercise. I will help guide you through a fitness program that focuses on safe progressions, form, and injury prevention techniques to assist in your growth and independence with movement. My goal is to foster independence in all clients to feel comfortable and confident with regular physical activity.
